Irma Abril

Irma Abril serves as a dedicated board member for Mentoring Cochise Kids. With over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, she currently holds the position of Benson Branch Manager at Washington Federal Bank.
Irma has been involved in youth-focused work for more than 25 years. In addition to being the proud mother of two daughters, she previously served as a director for Raising a Reader, a nonprofit in Colorado dedicated to promoting early childhood literacy by encouraging families to read with their children from birth to age five.
Irma is deeply passionate about the mission of Mentoring Cochise Kids. She believes in the power of mentorship and the lifelong impact a positive role model can have on a child’s development. Her commitment to fostering growth and opportunity for youth in her community makes her a valuable asset to the MCK board.
