Charlotte Taylor

As a lifelong educator, community leader, mother of three sons, and grandmother of three grandchildren, I have spent my career investing in the lives of children and families. I have seen firsthand how one caring adult can change the trajectory of a young person's life by providing encouragement, guidance, and a sense of belonging. My work in education, behavioral health, and community development has strengthened my belief that every child deserves positive relationships and opportunities to succeed. I am excited about the opportunity to serve on the Mentoring Cochise Kids Board because I believe mentoring has the power to build confidence, inspire hope, and help young people reach their full potential. Giving back to the children of Cochise County in this way would be both a privilege and a meaningful extension of the work I have dedicated my life to.
